About Us

VOLT is a UK-based electric bike manufacturer known for high-quality, reliable, award-winning e-bikes.

We design and build our bikes here in the UK, with a strong reputation for reliability, build quality, and customer satisfaction.

With a London showroom and café, an authorised dealer network, and recognition from major publications and design awards, we’ve built a respected brand and are now looking for someone to join us and take the lead in the next step of how we approach marketing.

The Role

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for both setting direction and executing the work day-to-day. You’ll have the freedom to make decisions and the opportunity to see the impact of your work clearly across the business.

You’ll be responsible for running and improving our marketing across digital, content, PR, customer engagement, and retail, with a clear focus on driving sales.

You’ll work closely with the founders, gaining valuable commercial insight without layers of management or slow decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running paid campaigns (Google, Meta, etc)
  • Creating content, including short-form video
  • Managing email marketing and customer engagement
  • Developing partnerships, PR, and collaborations
  • Improving our showroom and dealer marketing
  • Turning existing brand assets (awards, press) into growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years marketing experience
  • Comfortable running campaigns and creating content
  • Hands-on, proactive, and commercially minded
  • Able to work independently and take responsibility
  • Comfortable using modern marketing tools (e.g. AI tools, Canva, ad platforms, email systems, and automation tools)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary:

Subject to experience £28,500 - £35,000
