We want to ‘break the cycle’ surrounding suicide – can you help us?

Last year 5,284 people sadly took their lives in England. In their memory, we’re asking people to join in and help us cycle a total of 52,840km or more, to raise awareness around these important societal issues. Due to amazing response we've had from people wishing to participate in this challenge we've raised the objective from the initial 5,284km!

VOLT has partnered with Beder, a mental health and suicide prevention charity as part of our #BreakTheCycle campaign ahead of World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10th.

Your mission, if you choose to accept it:

  • Cycle - Ride 5.28km or more on your bike
  • Share - Spread the word on social media with #BreaktheCycle.
  • Challenge - Get friends, family and followers to participate and help us achieve our goal.
  • Register your miles - on this page, or on our Strava Club: BreakTheCycle
