1. What motivated you to open/run a bicycle shop?

Multiple reasons in all honesty. Timing, our location, bike demand and our unique facility.

2. What makes your store different from others?

So much, firstly we have an off-road bicycle demonstration circuit, where all age groups can safely ride a bike, without risk, giving them the chance to try before they purchase. We also have a large free car park and beautiful countryside in all directions.

3. Where is the best/favourite location you’ve ever cycled?

Our demo circuit, and that is being really honest. It is really technical and twisty, so when you start going a bit quicker, after learning the track, it becomes extra rewarding and you see your lap times improve and your fitness.

4. What is the funniest/strangest request you have ever had from a customer?

If I buy one bike, can I get a second one free? seriously!!

5. What is your favourite poison?

Tea and biscuit dipping!

6. What about the Volt brand & range led you to stock them?

Firstly we had tried a few premium Electric Bike brands, in store and they were just not selling well in all honesty, A combination of the high prices not matching up in quality, So we did more research and spotted Volt Electric Bikes, they had great reviews and what impressed us was the value and the impressive build quality. Also, the generous equipment levels, matching bikes three times the price, but what really sealed it for us is that Volt Bikes are designed and manufactured in the UK.! Volt Electric bikes have been flying out the centre, with great feedback from our happy Volt customers.

7. What is your favourite Volt e-bike and why?

The Pulse for me personally. It has it all, long distance road capability, off road capability, security, it has very stylish and understated looks and great low down power, to get you going quickly, Just a brilliant all round bike.
