“Now this is an electric bike!” – N3rdabl3 Reviews the VOLT™ Pulse

Understandably he was skeptical, but not for long. “Do we really want to review an e-bike? Then I saw their catalogue, and the answer to that question was hell yeah!”

 A U.K. company specializing in electric bicycles VOLT™ have a fairly popular range.  From foldable commuter-focused bikes, hybrid road bikes to mountain and even fat tire bikes. We had the pleasure of checking out VOLT™ Pulse hybrid electric bike. 

Well built and featuring top of the range components from Shimano, Tektro, to name a few the Pulse impressed from the get go. It was the moment Aaron turned on the power that really wowed him. 

To switch on the power simply press the power button on the battery and set the little LED screen to your preferred speed ranging from zero assistance then 1 through 4 levels of pedal assistance. Alternatively, you can engage the thumb throttle and start peddling for maximum assistance. “Oh my god did this shatter my initial thoughts about electric bikes.” – Aaron Richardson
