1. People burn fewer calories when riding an e-bike than a normal bicycle?

2. There are more bike riders than electric bike riders?
A. No
B. Yes
At present, there are more normal bike riders in the UK. Last year however, Germany saw e-bikes account for around 50% of all cycle sales. The UK looks set to follow this trend with over 50,000 electric bikes sold last year. Predictions are that this figure will see an even bigger hike in next year’s sales results.
3. How fast can an e-bike legally go on UK roads?
A. 10.5mph
B. 15.5mph
C. 20.5mph
In order to meet the EAPC requirements, the maximum speed of electric bikes in the UK is 15.5mph.
4. What’s better a motor in the centre or in the rear or front wheel?
A. In the centre
B. In the rear
C. Front wheel
Many people claim there is an absolute answer to this but the truth is it depends on the rider. We’ve written a really helpful article on this to help you find the right answer. Read our Rear Hub vs Crank motors post
5. Which is the best and most enjoyable way to commute?
A. Public transport
