For this revolutionary bike we've partnered with pioneering tech manufacturer Shimano to deliver one of the most advanced pedal assist systems available on the planet. The Apex's enhanced toughened frame is supported by the latest Shimano E8000 Steps System. This gives you an unmatched riding experience, allowing you to tackle any terrain on or off road, at a level of effort you choose to ride at.

Among the many advantages of the Shimano STEPS motor is it's positioning in the central crank. This keeps balance and the centre of gravity at an optimum, allowing you to ride as naturally and effortlessly as it gets. (Not to mention the added bonus of a 250w motor at your feet!)

The advanced motor system is powered by an equally advanced battery system. Again, partnering with the best in the field, the Apex sports a 504wh Sony battery. Also positioned ergonomically to offer an unprecedented cycling experience this revolutionary battery will offer over 90 miles of fun-filled riding before needing another charge (Distances may vary depending on riding conditions).
