Weighing in at just 17.4kg, the VOLT LITE is one of the lightest folding e-bikes on the market today. Built to serve commuters who need a bike that is easy to carry and store, the bike’s lightweight aluminium frame is both sturdy and corrosion-resistant.
Some of the standout features are its Shimano Nexus 3-speed hub gears and GATES CDX Carbon Belt Drive. These gears are known for their smooth shifting and reliable performance, making them an ideal choice for an electric bike. The gears are designed to work seamlessly with the lightweight front hub motor, which provides smooth and efficient assistance when pedalling.
Also featuring a bottom bracket torque sensor that measures the amount of force being applied to the pedals. Information from the sensor is sent to the motor, which adjusts its output accordingly. This enables the motor to provide just the right amount of assistance, making for a more natural and enjoyable ride.
